Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
© 2026 Oscar and Zac. All rights reserved. PWR and its content are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
PWR is a workout tracking tool. Features may change between releases. Please do not rely on PWR as your only record of training data you cannot afford to lose.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using PWR, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be 13 or over to use PWR. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it.
2. Not Medical Advice
PWR is a workout tracking tool only. Nothing in this app constitutes medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting any exercise programme. You use PWR entirely at your own risk.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PWR and its developers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or any workout tracked within it. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of any workout data and videos you create in PWR. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it solely to provide the app's features — specifically to you and, where applicable, your coach. We will never sell or share your content with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. Where you have shared a video with a coach, you also permit that coach to save a copy of it for the purpose of coaching you; see clause 5.
5. Coach Access to Your Videos
If you join a coach using an invite code, that coach can view the videos attached to your sets and can save a copy of them to their own device. By attaching a video to a set while you are on a coach's roster, you agree to this.
You can leave a coach at any time from Settings, which immediately ends their access to your account. It does not delete any copy they saved beforehand, and neither does deleting your PWR account. If you do not want a coach to be able to keep a copy of a video, do not attach that video while you are on their roster.
Coaches: a video you save is personal data about another person and you are responsible for it. You may use it only to coach that athlete. You must not publish it, share it, or use it for marketing or any other purpose without that athlete's separate written permission, and you must delete your copies when the coaching relationship ends or when the athlete asks you to. Breaching this is a breach of these terms and we may suspend or delete your account for it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use PWR for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation.
- Upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes third-party rights.
- Publish, redistribute, or otherwise use another user's video beyond coaching them, as set out in clause 5.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
You must not post, send or upload content, including videos, comments, programme notes and messages, that:
- Is pornographic.
- Encourages, promotes or gives instructions for suicide or deliberate self-injury.
- Encourages, promotes or gives instructions for an eating disorder or behaviours associated with one, including extreme or unsafe weight cutting.
- Encourages anyone to take a harmful substance, or a substance in a harmful amount, including anabolic steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs, diuretics and laxatives.
- Is abusive, or stirs up hatred, because of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or gender reassignment.
- Bullies someone, or shames their body, weight or appearance.
- Encourages serious violence against a person, or shows serious violence or graphic serious injury to a person or an animal.
- Encourages a challenge or stunt likely to cause serious injury.
- Promotes depression, hopelessness or despair.
Coaches must not use comments, notes or programmes to pressure an athlete about their weight, food or use of substances.
Illegal content is banned. This is how we keep it off PWR and take it down quickly:
- Terrorism content: PWR has no public feed or audience for it. If we find it or are told about it, we delete it and the account that posted it, and report it to the police. We also delete any account run by or for a proscribed (banned) organisation.
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation content, including grooming: coaches cannot send images or videos, and nobody can find or contact a user without an invite code. If we find it or are told about it, we pause the account at once, keep a record, report it to the police or the National Crime Agency, and delete the account.
- Other illegal content, such as threats, fraud or offering to supply drugs: a report pauses the account at once, a person reviews it within 72 hours, and we delete the content or the account.
7. Keeping Children Safe
Athletes on PWR may include under-18s, so the rules in clause 6 apply to everyone, and we protect children in these ways:
- PWR has no public feed, search or recommendations. You can only connect with a coach through an invite code they give you, and only you and your coach can see what you share.
- A coach can send an athlete text only, as comments and programme notes. Coaches cannot send images or videos.
- Anyone can report their coach or athlete, or a specific comment or training block, from inside the app. A report ends the coaching link and pauses the reported account straight away, and a person reviews it. We remove content and close accounts that break these terms.
- You can also block your coach or athlete. Blocking ends the coaching link and stops them linking with you again.
- We do not use automated tools to scan content. Reports are reviewed by people.
If anything on PWR upsets you or makes you feel unsafe, free, confidential support is available from Childline (under 19): 0800 1111 or childline.org.uk, and for eating disorders from Beat: beateatingdisorders.org.uk. If you are in danger right now, call 999.
8. Reports, Complaints and Appeals
- To report your coach or athlete, or one of their comments or training blocks, use Report in the app. To report anyone else, or anything else, email pwrpowerworkresults@gmail.com.
- We aim to review every report within 72 hours. We will email you to confirm we have received your report and again with the outcome. Reply STOP to either email if you do not want any more emails about it.
- If your account has been paused, or your content or account removed, and you think we got it wrong, you can appeal. Email pwrpowerworkresults@gmail.com with "Appeal" in the subject and tell us why. We aim to decide appeals within 72 hours. If we uphold your appeal, we will lift the pause or restore what we can; a deleted account cannot be restored.
- If you appeal, we tell you what you were reported for and what was reported, but never who reported you.
- If you think we are not meeting our duties to keep users safe under the UK Online Safety Act 2023, email pwrpowerworkresults@gmail.com. We will look into it and reply.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. If a coach or athlete reports you, we may pause your account and end the coaching link while we review the report (see clause 8). You may delete your own account at any time from the Settings page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you within the app of significant changes. Continued use of PWR after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct contact at pwrpowerworkresults@gmail.com before any formal proceedings.
